For your convenience, our mattresses are shipped in a compressed and rolled form, neatly packaged in a compact box for easy delivery. They can easily fit into various types of bed frames, including box springs, floors, adjustable beds, foundations, slatted platforms, flat platforms, and even hospital beds. Once unpacked, simply allow the mattress 12 hours to fully expand to its original shape before enjoying a restful night's sleep.

To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a 10-year limited warranty with your sleep item. In the unlikely event of a defective or damaged mattress upon delivery, our U.S.-based customer support team is always ready to assist and resolve any concerns. However, please note that there is no trial period, and once the mattress has been opened, it cannot be returned.
